We collect: your email address, company name, and the questionnaire responses you provide. Payment is processed entirely by Stripe — we never see your card details.
Your questionnaire data is used solely to generate your policy pack. It is not used to train AI models, shared with third parties for marketing, or used for any purpose beyond service delivery.
Generated policy files are automatically deleted from our systems 30 days after creation. Order records (email, company name, purchase amount) are retained for accounting and support purposes.
Your inputs are not used to train AI models. We use Anthropic's Claude API with standard API terms, which prohibit Anthropic from using API inputs for model training by default.
