We offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked. If you're not satisfied with the quality of your generated policies, contact us and we'll refund you immediately.
Email hello@policypack.io with your order ID (found in your delivery email). Refunds are processed within 2–5 business days via Stripe.
After the 7-day window, we consider refunds on a case-by-case basis. If the service failed to deliver (e.g., generation error), we will always refund regardless of timing.
